I made this card for a friend who just had a beautiful baby boy. I love how the Bundle of Love Specialty Designer Series paper goes with the Moon Baby stamp set. I started with Very Vanilla card stock for the card base and the pocket for the gift card. I will post a tutorial on how I made the gift card insert shortly. For the Moon Baby I stamped the image with Staz-On so I could use my watercolor pencils. I blended it with an Aqua Painter and when it was dry I added a little Wink of Stella to the moon and cut it out. I stamped the Moon Baby image directly onto the designer series paper and then adhered the cut out image with stampin’ dimensionals. For the greeting I used Night of Navy on Soft Sky and cut out the oval with the Stitched Shapes framelits and then also used the layering ovals to cut out a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I just love the 3/8″ Metallic-Edge ribbon and it adds a touch of elegance to any card.
For the inside of the card I used another piece of the DSP to cover up the flap of the gift card insert on the left and added another piece of very vanilla on the right hand side.
