For this card I wanted to have some texture, so I decided to emboss the daisy with the copper embossing powder. I stamped the Versamark ink on Wisteria Wonder card stock and then sprinkled the embossing powder on and used the heat tool. I also did this on some extra card stock for the main flower that I punched out. I used a 2″ x 4″ piece of the Delightful Daisy designer series paper on top of my Wisteria card stock. I also used the new starburst punch to cut out a piece of vellum for added dimension. Don’t you love the crinkled seam binding? I used it in Peekaboo peach to add a little contrast. I also used the copper thread and a metal rimmed pearl. Did you know you can color the pearls with a marker or a blender pen after you swipe it with your favorite ink pad color? This makes these embellishments really versatile. I am having a Delightful Daisy class on Saturday evening, August 12th and Sunday afternoon, August 13th. I hope you will join me!
