It is always unfortunate to have to send a sympathy card, but it is important to me to make sure it is special. For this card I used the Ornate Layers bundle, which includes this beautiful bouquet image and the coordinating dies are a great backdrop. I stamped the image with Versamark ink onto shimmery white card stock and then used the gold Stampin’ Emboss powder and set it with the heat tool. Then I was ready to start coloring. I used Old Olive Stampin’ Blends for the leaves and Seaside Spray, So Saffron, Roccoco Rose, and Flirty Flamingo Blends for the flowers. After coloring I hand cut the image out and layered it over a piece of Bumblebee card stock that I cut out using the Ornate Layers dies. The card base is Seaside Spray, with a layer of Whisper White and a layer of the beautiful Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper. I really cannot get enough of this paper! For the sentiment I used the Peaceful Moments stamp set and then punched it out using the Label Me Lovely punch. I punched out an extra one from Seaside Spray card stock and cut it in half so that I could layer it. I finished everything off with Petal Pink organdy ribbon and some Champagne rhinestones.
