Well now that I have finished sending out all of my Christmas cards, I have a moment to share them with you. It is definitely a great feeling to have them all complete. For this card I started with an Early Espresso card base cut to 4 1/4″ x 11″. I used a piece of the beautiful Poinsettia Designer Series Paper cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and adhered it to the card front. Then I used the die from the Beautiful Boughs die set to cut out the rectangle shape. I used a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Very Vanilla for the inside and before I adhered it to the card base I stamped the fox image from the Nature’s Beauty stamp set. HINT: To make sure that I had the alignment correct, I put the piece in the card and then stamped it within the cut out image. I also added the sentiment Season’s Greetings to the inside of the card. Last year I thought that the pine cones were a bit precious since I used liquid glue to adhere the top detailed layer over the base. This year I used the adhesive sheets that are in the annual catalog and it was a snap! If you need to make any last minute cards, this card hits all the marks, since it is lovely, but fast to make, too. Thanks for stopping by!
