Do you like to color? I pulled out my watercolor pencils to color in a bouquet on The Abigail Rose designer series paper. I used a blender pen to smooth out the coloring of the poppy and then cut the image out using my paper snips. I layered the floral image over a piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ Balmy Blue card stock that was embossed with the Painted Texture embossing folder. It is hard to tell in the photo, but I used the in-color shimmer paper for the bottom layer of the “thanks”. I attached a strip of an adhesive sheet to a piece of Balmy Blue card stock before cutting out the smaller “thanks’ die cut. I hope that you will try coloring your designer series paper for your next card.
