This card was in response to our team’s weekly challenge. This week it was a color challenge. We needed to use Soft Sky, Island Indigo, Silver Foil and Basic Black. I recently had ordered the You’ve Got This stamp set and I was excited to use that gorgeous peony. I stamped the background in Soft Sky on top of the same color card stock. Originally I stamped the peony in Island Indigo on the Soft Sky card stock, but then I decided to use the aqua painter and it got all messy. So then I decided to make a wash in soft sky on the watercolor paper and then stamp it in Island Indigo. I went over all of it with the Wink of Stella pen to give it a lovely sheen.
