I thought it would be fun to play with some of the new stamp sets from the Spring Occasions catalog to make boxes using the Window Box Thinlets. This box uses the stamps and coordinating framelits from the Petal Passion suite. I just love this entire suite! First I stamped the bird in Versamark ink and then in Early Espresso ink and used clear embossing powder. After using the heat tool I colored the bird in with the light and dark crumb cake Stampin’ Blends markers. I used Berry Burst card stock for the box and Fresh Fig for the pretty lattice cut out piece. For the leaf sprigs I used Old Olive. There are a lot of great sentiments with the Petal Palette stamp set, which makes it really versatile.
