Today I am sharing a card that is perfect for the winter landscape. I used the Winter Woods bundle from the holiday catalog. I like how this set works all year long. The framelits have a lot of pieces too, so you don’t have to spend as much time at the BigShot cutting them out. To add depth to this card I did a wash of Pool Party ink using my Aqua Painter on the watercolor paper. I let it dry and then inked up the trees using my Stamparatus and Soft Suede ink. I wanted to use the Stamparatus so that I could re-stamp the image. I figured I would need to since I was stamping on the textured watercolor paper. I cut out the same trees using the coordinating framelits from Sparkle glimmer paper and adhered it to the watercolor paper with my fine tip glue pen. Then I wrapped the watercolor paper with the copper trim and adhered it to a piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece from the Festive Farmhouse designer series paper.
