These are fun treat bags to give out at Christmas. These are fast and can be decorated in a lot of ways. I chose to use the Candy Cane Season bundle. I love how you can use the punch to create a candy cane using the Santa’s Workshop Designer Series Paper. I stamped the bow with Garden Green ink on Garden Green card stock.
Cut your card stock to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″. Then score on the long side at 1 1/2″, 4″, 5 1/2″, 8″. Score on the short side at 1 1/2″.
Use your bone folder to fold along the score lines. Cut up to the 1 1/2″ score line to cut the tabs. Taper the tabs to remove excess and apply Tear & Tape adhesive along the tabs as shown in the picture.
Stamp the jar image on one of the wide sides that will be the front with Gray Granite ink. Stamp the jar lid on a piece of Gray Granite card stock with Gray Granite ink. Run the two pieces through the Big Shot and cut them out with the framelits as shown in the picture.
Stamp the bow in Garden Green ink onto a scrap of Garden Green card stock. Use the Candy Cane Builder punch to punch out a candy cane and the bow.
Remove the adhesive backing and seal your bag.
Fill a 3″x6″ cellophane bag with M&M’s and tie with bakers twine.
Decorate the front of your bag with the jar lid, candy cane and bow.
