Today I am sharing my summer birthday card. I combined the Stitched All Around stamp set with the Piece of Cake stamp set. To add some interest to my background I stamped in Versamark ink and then used the silver embossing powder and heat tool on Flirty Flamingo card stock. I layered over that a strip of silver foil and vellum and used the triple banner punch. The next layer is a piece of Bermuda Bay card stock that was cut with the stitched rectangle dies after I stamped and embossed with the sentiment from the Stitched All Around stamp set. Underneath this I tucked some silver thread and a piece of silver metallic ribbon. For the cake, I stamped with Smoky Slate for the cake stand. I colored the cake stamp with Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo Stampin’ Write markers.
