Ghoulish Goodies Halloween Card

I used the Playful Alphabet Dies to cut out my letters for BOO!

Are you starting to get ready for Halloween? I am planning the Halloween care packages for my nieces and nephew. I am going to use a mini Paper Pumpkin box and fill it with candy and a card. I am pretty sure they will like it. 😉

For this card I used Gorgeous Grape for the card base and layered a 2 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Basic Black card stock over it and then a 2″ x 5 1/2″ strip of Pumpkin Pie DSP from the Regals 6″x6″ Designer Series paper package. Then I put a piece of the foam adhesive strip on a piece of black glimmer paper that is on page 53 of the mini catalog and then used the Playful Alphabet dies to cut out the letters for BOO! The crow is from the Ghoulish Goodies stamp set. I stamped this in Versamark and then Momento Tuxedo Black in and then sprinkled clear embossing powder and set it with the heat tool to make it shiny! I ran a piece of black card stock through my Stampin’ Emboss & Cut machine with the new 3-D Cobwebs embossing folder and layered a piece of the metallic mesh ribbon.

I hope that you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

I am so glad that you like the card Marie! Thank you.

Hello!  I am a wife and a mother of two wonderful children.  We spend a lot of time with our Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, "Tollers".  I started scrap booking when my daughter was born, and then in 2014 I learned about Stampin' Up!.  I fell in love with the quality of the stamps, paper and ink and especially how everything coordinates beautifully.  I became a demonstrator in April of 2016 and I am thoroughly enjoying the chance to bring people together to show them how creative they can be.  I especially enjoy having workshops in my home in Bothell, WA.
