I hope that you are enjoying Spring! The weather has been a bit crazy, but at least we don’t have snow. I made this card with Soft Seafoam card stock. Over the card base I layered a piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ Soft Seafoam card stock that was embossed with the Gingham embossing folder. I used sponge daubers to color the base of the tulips with Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight. To pop up the tulips I used a Stampin’ Dimensional underneath the piece and held them down with a glue dot. I used Garden Green ink on Pear Pizazz card stock for the stem and leaves.
