This little suitcase is perfect for holding a set of cards to give a special friend. I was mad at myself for not making up a bunch of Thank You cards using this set prior to the county fair this year. They would be perfect for giving to the judges who helped make this a great experience for all of the 4-H kids. Luckily I had a lot of other Thank you’s that I was able to bring in.
Do you recognize the suitcase? I used the cute pattern from Becky Roberts. I used Pool Party card stock for the base and Fresh Fig for the straps. The Designer Series Paper is from the Petal Garden stack. I used the layering ovals for my centerpiece. I stamped the Bella & Friends on watercolor paper and used an aqua painter to color in the dog and turtle. I finished them with the watercolor pencils to give them a little more depth. Aren’t they cute? I love this stamp set. I finished it with the shimmer ribbon in pool party and then the 1/8″ sheer ribbon in Fresh Fig to attach the little heart to the suitcase handle.
